The Top 3 Responsibilities

5-Star Guest Hospitality: Acting as the "Lead from the Desk," you ensure every guest journey is seamless, professional, and luxe from arrival to re-booking.

System Execution: Using our proven operational "playbook" to manage daily salon flow, optimize stylist schedules, and maintain meticulous inventory standards.

Team Accountability: Supporting the team in reaching performance goals through clear communication, inspiration, and a commitment to our core values.
The Core Pillars of the Role

Operational Excellence: You ensure the salon is "stage-ready" at all times. This includes overseeing front-of-house aesthetics, managing retail (R+Co and Oway), and ensuring all daily checklists are completed with precision.

Performance Support: You’ll help track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and support our stylists in staying on track to achieve their individual career goals.
