This role centers around three core areas of leadership:

Lead the Team
You will coach, develop, and support a team while creating a culture that feels both elevated and aligned. You know how to build trust, give feedback, and bring out the best in people.

Drive Performance
You understand that a strong culture and strong numbers go hand in hand. You are comfortable tracking performance, identifying opportunities, and guiding the team toward consistent growth.

Own the Guest Experience
You ensure every guest who walks through the door feels the intention behind our brand. From the energy of the space to the details of the service, you hold the standard.

Compensation and Growth

This is a full time leadership role with a consistent 40 hour work week designed to support both performance and sustainability. This role offers opportunity for growth tied to performance and leadership development.
