We are seeking a Salon Operations Manager to take ownership of our Carrollwood location. This is a hands on leadership role responsible for team development, operational excellence, and overall business performance.

  •  You lead, coach, and develop a team of stylists to meet and exceed individual and location goals

  •  You take initiative in solving challenges, improving systems, and driving the business forward

  • Consistent growth in revenue and key performance metrics
  • Strong guest retention, rebooking, and overall experience

  • Smooth, efficient daily operations and a high standard of execution across the salon
Core Responsibilities

Guest Experience

  • Lead a 5 star luxury experience from the front of the house
  • Set the tone for hospitality, professionalism, and service standards
  • Support stylists in resolving guest concerns and maintaining long term relationships

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure all areas of the salon meet high standards of cleanliness, organization, and readiness
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures, inventory, and daily operational flow
  • Execute seasonal promotions, events, and in salon initiatives

Team Performance and Development

  • Manage and optimize stylist productivity and scheduling
  • Coach team members to meet and exceed KPIs and personal goals
  • Hold team members accountable through communication, education, and leadership
  • Model and reinforce Salon Halo’s core values and culture

Growth and Community

  • Support marketing initiatives, events, and local community involvement within the Carrollwood community
  • Contribute to the growth and reputation of Salon Halo
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve performance, systems, and team development

Adaptability and Leadership

  • Lead the team through day to day challenges with a solution oriented mindset
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, high volume environment
  • Support additional locations as needed

Qualifications

  • 2 plus years experience leading a team in a goal focused, service based, hospitality, or retail environment
  • Experience managing or influencing team performance, not just individual contribution
  • Strong ability to coach, communicate, and hold others accountable
  • Exceptional organizational, problem solving, and time management skills
  • Confidence working with goals, metrics, and performance tracking
  • Tech savvy with the ability to learn and utilize business systems
  • Availability to work a full time schedule (40 hours) aligned with business hours
